Who we are
Flock Mgmt Ltd ("Flock") is the controller of the personal data you give on this page.
We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17336249, with our registered office at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall IP28 7DE.
What we collect
Your name and email address, your mobile number and country code if you give them, whether you asked to hear about future nights, and which link you signed up through.
Why we use it
To contact you about this night, including the ticket drop. If you ticked the box about future nights, to contact you about future Flock nights, and about future Wyrd nights if you signed up through Wyrd's link.
Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Google stores the data in Google Sheets and Cloudflare hosts this site, both as our processors. They may process your data outside the UK, including in the United States, under standard data protection safeguards.
Wyrd, the co-host of this night, can see who signed up and receives a copy of sign-ups made through their link, which they use for their own events as a separate controller.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. We review the list at least every two years.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The sign-up page stores your country choice and whether you have signed up in your browser, for that session only.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. Contact us below to exercise any of these.
